Compared with traditional HAST devices, the new controller is easier to operate due to the use of an interactive touch screen input system.

Remote control can be achieved through the use of external terminal devices, enabling networked control of multiple machines and reducing the need for operator monitoring and operations.

The separated testing system has the following advantages compared to a single container system:
.Reduce mutual interference between the test box and steam generator, completely avoiding condensation
.Having a larger testing capacity
.Has a wider humidity range (65% -100%)

The electronic door lock system only requires pressing a button to open or close the door. Additionally, sliding the tray can open both the tray and the door simultaneously. In this way, users do not need to reach into the testing chamber to take out samples when the temperature is high just after the test is completed.
The bias terminal is installed on the inside of the door, which is very helpful for sample wiring.
Each enclosure comes with 20 bias terminals as standard, with a maximum of 100 bias terminals available for installation in PC-422R9 and 60 bias terminals available for installation in PC-304R9.
The unsaturated steam test mode allows the humidity to be set between 65% -100% RH without causing water droplets to condense. In addition, if it is a fixed value operation standard program function, it can be used to set the rise and fall rate and control the temperature. The test conditions specified by IEC60068-2-66, JISC0096, etc. can be met.
This mode is only used for wet saturated steam testing at 100% RH. Always maintain a 100% RH humidity state, also known as a wet saturation setting, which produces water droplets that condense and drip onto the sample.
The test can be conducted in the corresponding existing saturated pressure cooker.

After testing, the current humidity remains unchanged and slow cooling occurs.

After testing, the inside of the box is cooled by blowing air without exhausting until the pressure drops to 0 Pa to avoid the sample being damaged by pressure or blown dry by strong exhaust air. At the same time, this method of cooling is faster than natural cooling.

After testing, immediately open the exhaust valve to quickly release hot water and steam. This is equivalent to the testing done on a saturated pressure cooker.
